Hourly rate: Perfect for one-off requests (a single reservation, airport transfer, urgent bottle hunt, etc.). You only pay for the time we spend.
Day or Week packages: All-inclusive support during your stay with a fixed flat fee —unlimited requests, 24/7 on call.
Seasonal or annual retainers: For frequent visitors and property owners who want us on permanent standby.

One request or the whole summer: you choose the level, we take care of the rest. Just tell us when you land.

How do you handle costs/third-party vendors?

We collaborate with carefully selected, vetted partners for travel, logistics, hospitality and administrative services.

Cost management:

We provide transparent quotes with no surcharge or commission
You can choose whether we invoice you directly or if you prefer to pay vendors directly
