Absolutely. We regularly manage programs for teams of more than 50 employees. Each corporate clients gets a dedicated account manager, unlimited requests per user and volume-based pricing. Scaling is seamless. 

  • How do you handle data & confidentiality? 

We are fully RGPD-compliant and ISO 270001 certified. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on EU servers and accessible only to the assigned concierge team. We never sell or share personal data, retain request details only as long as needed for service (max 12 months) and every team member and partner signs a strict NDA. Clients can request data-deletion audits at any time.

  • Which regions do you cover?

We’re offering corporate concierge services in Provence, the French Riviera and Paris. Our local team guarantees native-level service and insider access year-round.

  • What is your response time for corporate requests?

We acknowledge your requests within one hour. For simple requests (restaurant booking, gifts, basic errands), we respond to your request on the same day, usually under 4 hours. For standard requests (travel, events, relocations), we respond within 24 hours. Lastly, for urgent/executive requests, we respond under 2 hours with direct phone/WhatsApp escalation.
